MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership Overview

Sandmagination offers two family membership tiers, each available monthly or annual:

• All Tides — unlimited play any day of the week, seven days a week
• Low Tide — unlimited weekday play, Monday through Friday

Pricing is based on how many children are on the membership. Each child under 18 counts toward your membership. Memberships are tied to named children, please let us know their names at signup so we can have them in the system for every visit.

All monthly memberships require a two-month minimum commitment.

All memberships include the following benefits:

• Up to 1.5 hours of play per day during regular business hours. Members may add one additional hour at no charge by requesting it at the front desk at the end of their current session, subject to availability
• One adult admitted free per member child; additional adults are $5 each
• One free guest pass each month, admitting one child and one adult on any day your membership covers. Guest passes are for regular play sessions only, do not apply to special events, and do not roll over month to month
• 25% off special event tickets, including character meetups and seasonal events

2. Membership Activation & Billing

• Monthly memberships begin on the date of purchase and are billed monthly to the payment method on file
• After the initial two-month period, monthly memberships continue month to month until canceled
• Annual memberships are paid in full at signup and run for twelve months from the date of purchase

3. Membership Cancellation & Holds

• Monthly memberships cannot be canceled within the first two months
• After the commitment period, monthly cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
• Annual memberships are non-refundable, but the remaining months may be transferred in full to another family
• Temporary holds must be requested and approved by Sandmagination management and are not guaranteed

4. Membership Benefits & Restrictions

• Play is limited to 1.5 hours per day, with one free one-hour extension available per visit, requested at the front desk at the end of the current session and subject to availability
• Membership applies only to the named child(ren) on the account
• Additional children not listed on the membership must pay standard admission
• One free adult is permitted per member child; additional adults are $5 each
• Discounts and benefits apply only during an active membership period. If a membership is canceled, any pending benefit, such as an unused guest pass or the special event discount, is no longer available
• 25% off special event tickets applies only while the membership is active

5. General Policies

• All members and guests must follow Sandmagination’s rules for safety, supervision, and cleanliness
• Memberships may be terminated without refund for rule violations or misuse
• Membership fees are non-refundable and, except where noted above for annual memberships, non-transferable
• Sandmagination may adjust membership pricing or benefits with 30 days’ notice to active members

6. Liability & Agreement

By purchasing a membership, you agree to follow all Sandmagination policies. Participation involves inherent risks. Sandmagination is not responsible for lost or stolen items and assumes no liability for injuries sustained during play.
