Use your membership code when booking:

This membership code is only valid for the holder named and cannot be transferred or used to discount anyone else.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Go to our website: https://sandmagination.com
- Choose “Play Passes”
- Select the day you want to visit
- Select the time you want to visit
- Choose which passes you want to purchase (discounts will be applied at checkout)
- Click “Checkout”
- Under “Apply a Discount,” click “Redeem Now” and choose “Membership”
- Enter your membership number (with dashes)
- Your applicable passes will be discounted and you will have the option to pay for any remaining balance
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Membership Overview
Sandmagination offers three family membership tiers in monthly and annual:
- Solo Sand Explorer (1 child)
- Sandy Siblings Pass (2 children)
- The Sand Squad Pass (3+ children)
All monthly memberships require a three-month minimum commitment.
All Memberships include the following benefits:
- Up to 1.5 hours of play per day during regular business hours (additional time is billed at $5 per hour, per child)
- 1 Free Adult is permitted per member child
- 10% discount on café items and party packages, including included party package food
(Party must be for the cardholder and take place during an active membership. Discount does not apply to party à la carte food.) - Exclusive access to members-only evenings with entertainment and special sand play experiences
2. MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION & BILLING
- Monthly memberships begins on the date of purchase and are billed monthly
- Payments are automatically charged each month to the payment method on file
- After the initial three-month period, membership continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled
3. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION & HOLDS
- Memberships cannot be canceled within the first three months
- After the commitment period, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
- Temporary holds must be requested and approved by Sandmagination management (not guaranteed)
4. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS & RESTRICTIONS
- Play is limited to 1.5 hours per day (additional time is billed at $5 per hour, per child)
- Membership applies only to the listed child(ren) and is non-transferable
- Additional children must pay standard admission
- 1 Free Adults are permitted per member child
- Discounts apply only during an active membership period
- For example: If in January a member books a birthday for July and cancels the membership in January, They will be required to pay full price for the July birthday.
- Member-only evenings are scheduled in advance and may require RSVP
- Membership is not valid for Special Events.
5. GENERAL POLICIES
- All members and guests must follow Sandmagination’s rules for safety, supervision, and cleanliness
- Memberships may be terminated without refund for rule violations or misuse
- Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Sandmagination may adjust membership pricing or benefits with 30 days’ notice to active members
6. LIABILITY & AGREEMENT
By purchasing a membership, you agree to follow all Sandmagination policies.
Participation involves inherent risks. Sandmagination is not responsible for lost or stolen items and assumes no liability for injuries sustained during play.
